remove silent part in a video

I use Switch Tube as a student to watch videos of lectures and I would love to have a feature that allows me to remove the silent parts of a certain video. I know it sounds complicated to implement but it’s not that complicated, there is a 203 line python script that does it

You just remove the parts that are below a certain threshold in volume.
